Junior Support Manager

You love to help people and are ready to support our customers and maximize their live stream capabilities. Your job is to help our customers with the Livery platform when needed.

What you'll be working on

As our junior support manager, you should be an experienced livestreamer who is familiar with video technologies. You’re familiar with industry terms like, “RTMP,” “FPS,” “4k,” “HD,” “Bitrate,” and “Codecs.” You are annoyed by live streams with a lot of stalls or streams where the audio and video are not in sync.

  • Help our customers get started with streaming
  • Provide the first line support for our customers
  • Test and explore the capabilities of latest streaming soft- and hardware
  • Analyze customer streaming data
  • Answer support questions
  • Support the sales team with demos
  • Plan, create, and manage the overall Support process

Your experience

  • Experience with streaming platforms like Twitch, Youtube, or Facebook live
  • Experience with video equipment
  • Experience with streaming software like OBS, vMix, Wirecast or other.
  • A passion for (live) video
  • Structured with an eye for detail
  • Team player Fluent in the English language (other languages are a plus)

Livery is bringing forth the next generation of livestreaming. We take traditional live video streams and bring them to life with customizable interactive widgets, allowing the audience to “play along” with the live video stream. Our proprietary software creates a transparent layer that displays interactive widgets on top of the livestream, and our clients (the livestream hosts) can customize when, where, and how these widgets appear to their audience. They can create real-time polls, trivia questions, Q&As, guesstimations, and more to make each and every livestream a memorable and fun experience.
